Addtech uses planetary resources responsibly and efficiently

We work to:

• counteract global warming and reduce our impact on the climate
• reduce our use of resources – mainly energy and materials
• actively participate in the development of new technique for climate adaptation and protecting ecosystem and biodiversity

We face major global challenges, requiring considerable adjustment to achieve the objectives of the Paris Agreement. To reduce our impact on the climate and to succeed in efforts contributing to the transition, Addtech has set targets that are in line with the Paris agreement and we have committed to Science Based Targets (SBTi).

We are to halve our carbon dioxide intensity by 2030, compared with 2020. Our greatest impact derives from goods transports (Scope 3) and we therefore focus on streamlining our transports and transitioning to more carbon-efficient alternatives. In order to achieve our goal, collaboration with suppliers and customers is crucial. We also work with upgrading our vehicle fleet, energy efficiency and transition to renewable energy sources to reduce emissions from own production and operations (Scope 1 & 2).
